Scientific interests:
Since elementary school, I have been deeply interested in research and science, with a particular passion for neuroscience. This passion led me to change my initial major from Veterinary Medicine to Biomedicine, a decision with which I am fully satisfied. My curiosity about science has driven me to participate in scientific events, resulting in highlighted works and presentations at universities, such as UFRGS, PUCRS, and IPA. Additionally, I contributed to the publication of an indexed article on PubMed and delivered an oral presentation on an article in the field of Regenerative Medicine. Currently, I am learning the R programming language and developing a project focused on Alzheimer’s disease. My future goals are to deepen my expertise in this field and continue my academic career, ultimately contributing to improving the quality of life for those suffering from brain conditions.
Non-Science Biography:
I’m passionate about sports, with Muay Thai being my favorite activity at the moment. I absolutely love animals, especially dogs – you could say I’m a total dog person. I’m a creative soul, always with a pencil or a camera in hand, drawing, filming, or editing videos. I enjoy being surrounded by people I love, spreading joy, and being a good companion. Loyalty is something I deeply value in friendships. In my free time, I love hitting the beach with my family and boyfriend. And don’t be surprised if my humor is a bit childish – life is lighter when we laugh at the little things!
